Insight
Edelman was preparing to launch its updated brand identity and needed a flagship piece of content to introduce the new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to both internal teams and prospective clients and employees. This video would be the first-ever execution of the new visual branding, setting the tone for everything that followed.
Idea
We created a bold, animated video that brought Edelman’s refreshed brand to life with energy, clarity, and emotion, highlighting the company’s values while showcasing the flexibility and personality of the new design system.
Execution
I led the design and animation direction, using the launch as an opportunity to extend the new brand system in a more expressive and motion-driven way. I developed custom stills and animated patterns that conveyed movement, purpose, and scale, elements that were later adopted into Edelman’s global marketing materials. The piece received high praise from senior leadership, including the Executive Design Director who led the rebrand.
Outcome
The video debuted as a key internal and external recruitment tool and became a blueprint for how the new Edelman branding could flex across mediums. It helped build early excitement and trust in the refreshed identity while reinforcing Edelman’s position as a forward-thinking, people-first agency.
